If you are looking for a daily HGV or van defect check, this is the wrong page. FM Auditor is for buildings and estates: facilities managers, property and block managers, inspectors and the contractors they work with.

A walkround checklist that becomes the report

Start from a ready-made pack, including a health and safety walk, a fire walk, a cleaning appearance audit and a pool plant room check, or paste your own list. Swipe OK or Issue, enter readings against their limits, and mark the rest OK for a whole section.

An Issue raises a finding and opens the camera. The score fills a ring when you finish and prints on the summary page.

• Criteria references on each item, such as a PWTAG section or a contract clause
• Readings with units and limits: inside or outside, in plain words
• Critical items that fail the checklist on their own

Your route, every finding, one map

The route you take round the site is recorded while you work and drawn on the report's map alongside the findings. The reader sees the walk order; you see what you missed. The route stays on your phone: it is never synced and never in a zip export. A route map page prints into the outputs unless you switch it off.

The same report, week after week

• Duplicate last week's report with the same site, sections and checklist
• Repeating reports show under Due to walk on Home, with a reminder on the morning they are due
• Walk again re-inspects the open findings with before and after photos and a delta report
• Areas give a walk order, so findings print in the order you walked
