A snag is a photo, a place and an owner. FM Auditor records all three in one motion: the shutter pins the finding to where you stand, the area chip names the room or grid, and Assign suggests the trades you used last time.

Grade on the scale your contract uses. Priority, condition A to D, electrical C1 to FI or RAG sit beside each other and print the same way in both files.

• Wide shot and close-up on every snag, with captions, reorder and a retake for blurry frames

When the contractor says it is done, Walk again pre-loads the open snags with the before photo faintly in the camera so the after shot matches. Tap Verified, Still open or Worse, then generate a delta report that shows what moved.
